But it's not just Austria; globally, it's one of the most popular group workouts. One of the most famous studios is "SoulCycle" in America, which played a significant role in this trend. We also offer indoor cycling classes in our studios – basic courses to learn the fundamentals and techniques, and advanced courses focusing on intensity and endurance.

Effective Fat Burner

Indoor cycling ranks among the most effective fat-burning workouts. In just 45 minutes, you can torch around 450 to 540 calories on average.
